High fiber and protein, gluten free, no added sugar, what more could one ask for in a decadent breakfast?! My whole family is loving these waffles for breakfast lately. They can be topped with just about anything - nut butter, syrup, fruit, cottage cheese, jam, etc!
Today I used defrosted frozen mixed berries (mashed with fork) and low sugar syrup - (this is the one I use and recommend to my clients) mmmm! Have a beautiful week, friends!
Healthy High Fiber Waffles

Directions:
Turn on waffle maker.
Combine protein powder, peanut butter powder, ground flaxseed, and baking powder. Stir to combine.
Add egg whites and water, and mix well with a fork until no lumps remain.
