VIRTUAL NUTRITION COUNSELING

Hello!  I want to tell you a little more about what you can expect from a nutrition counseling session with me.  I'm sure many of you are wondering what working with a dietitian really looks like!  

 

Well, to begin, one on one counseling with me is super relaxed and low key!  I will meet you where you are right now - and we begin from there.  We focus on attainable steps that will be built upon with each subsequent visit - so that the habits you are learning last for a lifetime.  

 

At the initial session, I will perform a comprehensive health and lifestyle review, which includes discussion of your medical and weight history, past history of dieting, labs and medications, a food recall, and activity levels.   We will make your health and nutrition goals our top priority as we begin to develop specific goals.

Together, we will create a customizable plan, based around your nutrition requirements, food preferences, and current lifestyle.  I'm not going to ask you to go to specific grocery stores, give up wine, or stop eating out!   During follow ups, we will make modifications and hone in on areas you might be struggling with, and create a new set of goals to work on before our next meeting.

VIRTUAL COACHING OPTIONS:

1 MONTH COMMITMENT:

  • 3 visits (phone or Face Time/Zoom) over 30 days

  • Work with me to create a nutrition and lifestyle plan to get you to your ideal weight in a simple and sustainable way

  • A hard copy of my foolproof eating formula for lasting weight loss

  • Over 30 recipes for meals and snacks

Investment: $300.00

 

 

3 MONTH COMMITMENT: 

  • 6 bi-weekly visits (phone or Face Time/Zoom) over 3 months

  • Weekly email check-ins and support

  • Work intensively with me to create a nutrition and lifestyle plan to get you to your ideal weight in a simple and sustainable way

  • Determine behavioral strategies for long term weight maintenance - i.e. never go on another diet!  

  • A hard copy of my foolproof eating formula for lasting weight loss​

  • Over 50 recipes for meals and snacks
