Hello and Welcome!

I'm a registered dietitian and nutritionist offering virtual nutrition counseling and wellness education to individuals, families and businesses nationwide.  Over the last 18 years, I've helped thousands of women, men, and children achieve their health, weight, and nutrition related goals without compromising their lifestyles.

A little about me...

I have a degree in psychology plus extensive training in weight management and digestive health, which allows me to combine evidence based nutrition education with successful and compassionate behavioral change methods.  This is a winning combination that results in lasting change - something that is usually lacking with traditional weight loss and diet plans.

My approach is individualized for each and every one of my clients - which means that we consider your personal history with weight and dieting, your food preferences, schedule and lifestyle as we develop a customized plan together.

Since 2005, I have been fortunate enough to gain professional experience in

clinical, research, educational, and business settings. I've worked for the University of Arkansas Razorbacks, ESPN Headquarters, hospital outpatient clinics, and taught at the collegiate level.  In addition to my private practice, I currently provide consulting services to the University of Arkansas and the Arkansas Children's Shelter.

Like you, my days are busy and full!  I'm a wife and mom to two amazing boys and feel lucky to be able to call Northwest Arkansas my home.  I have a real life, no nonsense approach that resonates with others; in my private practice I strive to create a trusted atmosphere of knowledge and empowerment for each one of my clients.
