Pink and Green Power Smoothie



Good morning and happy Monday!


It's never a bad idea to start the week with a delicious and nutritious breakfast! This smoothie is loaded with fiber, protein, and healthy fats, with the only sugar coming from the berries. Green and Pink Power Smoothie


1 cup frozen riced cauliflower

Large handful fresh spinach

1.5 cups unsweetened plant milk

2 scoops plant based vanilla protein powder

2 tsp acacia fiber

1/4 of a ripe avocado

1/2 cup mixed berries


Blend all ingredients except berries in a high powered blender until very smooth. Top with fresh berries and additional avocado slices. Enjoy! 🥑🍓🍒
